Indiana State Poet Laureate 2016/2017 Shari Wagner has accepted an invitation to our 2016 Fall Rendezvous as our Key Note Speaker.

On Saturday, she will read her poetry with a Q & A from 3:00 – 4:00 pm. She will also do a workshop from 6:15 – 7:00 pm.

It is always a great honor for Indiana’s Poet Laureate to attend our Fall Rendezvous and even more so when they hang out with us!

She is the author of two poetry books: "The Harmonist at Nightfall: Poems of Indiana" (Bottom Dog Press, 2013) and "Evening Chore" (Cascadia, 2005). She also co-wrote two books of non-fiction with her father, Dr. Gerald Miller: "A Hundred Camels: A Mission Doctor's Sojourn and Murder Trial" (Cascadia, 2009) and "Making the Rounds: Memoirs of a Small-Town Doctor" (BookLocker, 2015).
